Installation Terms & Conditions

Available to Listed Areas Only – Non-Refundable

Standard Installation: Your installation will be completed within 10 business days, unless a same-day install upgrade has been purchased at checkout.

• No Connection Kit: If a connection kit is not purchased, no alterations to plumbing connections will be made. The replacement must be like-for-like, meaning the exact make/model of your current tapware, with no modifications.

Installation Inclusions:

• Installation of Tapware (Like-for-Like Replacement) in internal bathrooms and kitchens only. The existing tapware must meet the following conditions for the installation to proceed:

  • The tapware must be of the same or compatible design and size.
  • The existing tap orientation must allow for the replacement of mixer taps, basin sets, or wall stops.
  • The new tapware must be installed in a compliant location within the bathroom or kitchen.
  • No connection kit: If not purchased, no plumbing connection alterations will be accommodated. The installation must be an exact make/model swap (e.g., Brand Model A replacing Brand Model A, not Brand Model B).
  • Isolation valves must be pre-installed, or they must be purchased as an add-on for installation.

• Non-Refundable: Once tradespeople are on-site, the installation becomes non-refundable, even if it cannot proceed due to an incorrect purchase.

Included Services:

• Replacement installation of the purchased tapware and connection kit (if purchased) in internal bathroom or kitchen locations.
• Installation will be completed within 10 business days. A same-day install option is available for an additional $250 (purchase this at checkout).
• Removal of existing tapware.
• Plumbing Disconnect and Reconnect.
• Compliance assessment and certification (where required).
• Submission of all relevant compliance forms, with associated fees paid.

Installation Requirements:

• Like-for-Like Replacement Only: Installations are strictly for like-for-like replacements in internal locations (bathrooms or kitchens).
• Access Requirements: The installation area must be readily accessible. If installation access requires navigating difficult conditions (e.g., through homes, over steep driveways), this may incur additional fees or require rescheduling.

Definition of Like-for-Like Replacement:

The following outlines acceptable like-for-like tapware replacements. All systems must be installed in an internal, compliant position in bathrooms or kitchens. Please ensure that the new tapware will fit in the desired location before purchasing. If unsure, send photos to help@installedtoday.com.au for verification.

1. Mixer taps replaced with Mixer taps.
2. Basin sets replaced with Basin sets.
3. Wall stops replaced with Wall stops.
4. Kitchen taps replaced with Kitchen taps.
5. Bathroom taps replaced with Bathroom taps.
6. Shower taps replaced with Shower taps.
7. Bath taps replaced with Bath taps.

Important Note:

For any changes in the type or size of tapware, an additional connection kit may be required, and the installation cannot proceed under a like-for-like license. Please contact us or purchase the appropriate add-ons to ensure the installation is compliant.
