1. Unit to be Wall Mounted and the Inlet to the House Is Visible and Accessible

This option is for homes where the incoming main water line is already visible and easy to access, and the filter can be fixed directly to a suitable wall.

This option includes:
✔️ Mounting your filter unit to a suitable wall surface
✔️ Standard connection to visible and accessible pipework
✔️ Labour to install your purchased system and purchased accessories
✔️ Neat, professional setup in an accessible location

2. Unit to be Freestanding and the Inlet to the House Is Visible and Accessible

This option is for homes where the incoming main water line is visible and accessible, but the unit cannot be wall mounted or is better suited to a freestanding installation.

This option includes:
✔️ Supply of a support frame for the unit
✔️ Concreting in supports for a secure freestanding installation
✔️ Mounting and securing your filter system to the frame
✔️ Standard connection to visible and accessible pipework
✔️ Labour to install your purchased system and purchased accessories

3. Wall Mounted Unit – Pipework and Main Inlet Are Not Accessible

This option is for homes where the unit can be wall mounted, but the incoming main water line or suitable connection point is not clearly visible or immediately accessible.

This option includes:
✔️ Mounting your filter system to a suitable wall surface
✔️ Locating the most suitable accessible section of incoming pipework where possible
✔️ Standard investigative work to identify the water main connection point
✔️ Labour to install your purchased system and purchased accessories once the connection point is found

Important:
This option includes standard locating and connection work only. Major excavation, extensive pipe rerouting, concreting removal, or non-standard plumbing alterations are not included unless pre-approved.

4. Freestanding Unit – Pipework and Main Inlet Are Not Accessible

This option is for homes where the system needs to be installed on a freestanding frame and the incoming water main or suitable pipework is not clearly visible or readily accessible.

This option includes:
✔️ Supply of a support frame for the unit
✔️ Concreting in supports for a secure freestanding installation
✔️ Securing the system neatly in position
✔️ Standard investigative work to locate the most suitable accessible section of incoming pipework
✔️ Labour to install your purchased system and purchased accessories once the connection point is found

Important:
This option includes standard locating work only. It does not include major excavation, long pipe runs, extensive plumbing alterations, or difficult civil works unless pre-approved.

A pre-paid $300 two-man team fee may apply where access is difficult, including but not limited to:

✔️ Difficult lifting or positioning requirements
✔️ Areas requiring additional handling support
