Three Treatment Functions Inside One Z2-R Cartridge

QUICK-TWIST CARTRIDGE
Quarter-Turn Z2-R Replacement
The Z2-HFR uses Puretec's valve-in-head quick-twist design.
During cartridge replacement, the old Z2-R is rotated approximately one-quarter turn and removed from the head. The new cartridge is then inserted and rotated into the locked position.
Puretec specifies that the alignment arrows on the head and cartridge should line up when the cartridge is correctly locked.
Correct cartridge seating is important.
Puretec warns that operating the system with the cartridge incorrectly locked can damage the head or locking tabs and may cause leakage.

FILTER CHANGE PROCESS
How the Z2-R Cartridge Is Replaced

- Open the tap to release pressure

- Remove all packaging from the new Z2-R
- Insert the replacement cartridge into the head

INITIAL FLUSHING
Flush the System After Installation

SERVICE CLEARANCE
Leave Room to Remove the Cartridge
