🔧 Installation Terms & Conditions – Read Before Booking!

🚨 Like-for-Like Replacements Only – The system must be a direct replacement of the same type and in the same external location unless modifications are pre-approved.

🔧 What’s NOT Included:
❌ No fittings, valves, or pipework provided—these must be purchased separately.
❌ No relocation or plumbing modifications unless pre-approved.
❌ No gas or electrical circuit alterations unless the required upgrade package is purchased.

⚠️ Access Requirements:
🏡 Installation must be ground-floor external only with clear access.
🚧 Any installs requiring stairs, steep driveways, or difficult access require a pre-paid $300 two-man team fee.

✅ What’s Required for a Fully Compliant Continuous Flow Installation?

A compliant installation isn’t just about swapping one system for another—it must meet all safety, plumbing, and gas regulations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance. Below are the key requirements your setup must meet before installation can proceed.

⚠️ Before Installation Begins, Your System Must Have:

✔️ A Compliant Location:

• The system must be external unless an internal installation add-on has been purchased.
• The unit must be installed in the same location as the existing system unless modifications have been approved.
• If relocating, additional plumbing/gas work is required (must be pre-approved and purchased separately).

✔️ Compliant Gas Supply:

• Your existing gas line must meet correct sizing and pressure requirements for your new system.
• If your new unit requires an increased gas flow rate, a gas upgrade package may be required.

✔️ Safe Ventilation & Clearances:

• The system must have adequate airflow and clearance from windows, doors, vents, and other ignition sources.
• If relocating, your unit must comply with manufacturer’s recommended distances from building features.

✔️ Valves in Good Working Order:

• Gas isolation valve, water isolation valve, non-return valve, and pressure limiting valve must be in good condition.
• If these are faulty, missing, or non-compliant, a valve kit must be purchased with your order.

✔️ Adequate Electrical Supply (for Electric-Ignition Models):

• The existing power point must be in good condition and within reach of the new unit.
• If upgrading to an electric-ignition model where power was previously not required, an electrical connection must be installed separately.

✔️ Safe & Clear Access:

• Installation must be ground-floor external only with no access obstructions.
• If the unit needs to be moved via stairs, steep driveways, or through restricted areas, a $300 two-man team fee applies (must be pre-purchased).

🔥 What Counts as a Like-for-Like Replacement?

✔️ Continuous Flow → Continuous Flow (existing power point must be reused or pre-installed).
✔️ Gas Storage → Continuous Flow (gas upgrade may be required).
✔️ Continuous Flow → Gas Storage.
✔️ Gas Storage → Gas Storage.
✔️ Electric Storage → Electric Storage.
✔️ Electric Storage → Heat Pump.
✔️ Heat Pump → Heat Pump.
✔️ Heat Pump → Electric Storage.
✔️ Gas Storage → Heat Pump/Electric (requires new circuit—must be purchased).
✔️ Continuous Flow → Heat Pump/Electric (requires new circuit & support base—must be purchased).

🚨 IMPORTANT: If the system type or gas/electrical load changes, additional work is required.
🔌 You must purchase an electrical extension package for any system requiring rewiring or circuit upgrades (e.g., switching from a non-powered continuous flow to a powered model). This work can no longer be completed under a restricted electrical disconnect/reconnect license.
